The logis hotel "Le Tisseur des Saveurs" in Panissières tells the story of an elegant 19th-century building, once owned by a family of weavers.
Transformed into a restaurant and hotel-restaurant, completely renovated in 2017 by two native children in love with their region, pastry chef Frédéric Guerpillon and his wife, Patricia, this address today pays a fine tribute to the cultural and industrial wealth of the Morning Mountains region. A region that has been dedicated to weaving for centuries and still uses its excellence to promote haute couture and industry in France and abroad.
It's a unique place in the heart of the Lyonnais mountains on the Loire side, a cosy setting decorated with great care and originality for professionals and tourists alike.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, typique, situé dans un petit village, très calme.
J'ai apprécié l'accueil, le personnel et la facilité d'accès avec parking devant l'hôtel.
Excellent restaurant, cuisine tenue par le patron.
