The logis hotel "Le Tisseur des Saveurs" in Panissières tells the story of an elegant 19th-century building, once owned by a family of weavers.
Transformed into a restaurant and hotel-restaurant, completely renovated in 2017 by two native children in love with their region, pastry chef Frédéric Guerpillon and his wife, Patricia, this address today pays a fine tribute to the cultural and industrial wealth of the Morning Mountains region. A region that has been dedicated to weaving for centuries and still uses its excellence to promote haute couture and industry in France and abroad.
It's a unique place in the heart of the Lyonnais mountains on the Loire side, a cosy setting decorated with great care and originality for professionals and tourists alike.

Our first visit to Tisseur and nothing disappointed us.
From the friendly, helpful welcome through excellent accommodation (amazing views), excellent meals (dinner and breakfast) to check-out all too soon!
Friendly, efficient staff.
Ideal location in the town too.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable non pas par sa variété de produits, mais par la qualité de ses produits les viennoiseries sont tout à fait délicieuses du jour avec le pain frais qui va avec et des produits locaux, plus des yaourt fait maison

Tres belle chambre, confortable, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner excellent.
Je suis arrive très tard en soirée étape a l'hôtel (plus de 23h), mais la réception a prit le soin de me contacter et de me préparer un e salade et dessert mis dans ma chambre en glacière pour éviter que cela soit chaud a mon arrivée.
Vraiment un accueil top.
